.::everyone is beautiful::.

im almost done wif Johnny Angel by Danielle Steel, the book that has been my faithful companion since last Saturday on my journeys to and from work. I've havent gotten this stuck wif a book in a long long time since secondary school. In fact i cant remember the last time i even finished a book that i picked out from a shelf from a library. Too much involved in life and leisure that reading have fallen to the bottom of my to-do list. Now that ive left school and my friends are kinda scattered, although still close at heart, i decided to start reading again. At times to fill my boredom, at times just for pleasure and my special place for solitude.

Work's been okay. I feel lucky to have been employed quite soon enuf after i graduated. I onli brooded at home for two weeks and even that time seemed like an eternity wif my parents pestering me to go out and get a job. The Pressure!!! It drove me nuts day by day. I even quarelled wif my mom sometimes. I feel sinned but the pressure's setting in, and she partly contributed to it as well anyway..haiz..

For the past 3 days, Wh Great World City's been a bit of a mess sinz the KL origin visual artistes from BTC Clothier moved in and started shifting things about. Their job is to produce an image revamp for the whole store. I think it's Spring season or something. Well the bad thing is, during this time our respective departments are in abit of chaos, which is abit irritating. Things are not where they used to be, garments likewise. Sometimes we S.A.s have to do stuff for the visual people like folding old stocks and hanging new stocks and digging more stocks from the storeroom for display. The most annoying thing is we seem to be asked to fold clothes that were originally hung and hang those that were originally folded. It's neverending! I just spent hell last night folding a tall pile of men's clothings. Lucky my colleague, Jason was there to help me out. Otherwise id cry and vomit blood! Furthermore the senior cashier made frequent rounds to the staff around the store reminding us to serve customers [which is what we S.A.s are supposed to do btw] due to the low sales yesterday. Low sales? i mean take a good look around the store. It duzen even look welcoming. It's a mess! If i were a shopper passing by the huge messy store undergoing an image revamp, i wouldnt even step in!

Well its just a phase we all have to tolerate for awhile. I hope the visual people speed things up abit and be done by Thursday as scheduled.

Oh and we just got our new uniforms yesterday. For the female staff our top is a collared short sleeved shirt and the colour is a cross between salmon and pink and goes wif a cream coloured 7/8 pants. For the male staff the top is an orange polo shirt and goes wif cream cargo pants. We all look cute in our new look. Haha exept for the name tag. It was never what we imagined it would be. Its a huge quote shaped A6 sized wif alot of writings like Wh..May i help?..Hi i'm ____. And we were supposed to pin that humungous thing onto our left breast, on the shirt of coz. But we ended up pinning it onto the end of our black lanyard so it hung over our neck and laid on our abdomen. The manager said it was ok to do that instead. So it was better of that way. But then again we onli have one set of uniform each. Shucks!

Right now i need to finish wif my laundry before i prepare to go to work. Till i find the time to blog again, tata.......
